Why do a pre-closing walkthrough?

Seriously, final walkthroughs are so important as you have no idea what has happened in, to or around the home you are buying in the last few weeks since you last saw it. So take the time to see the home before you buy it. Because once you sign for it the home, it is technically your problem now.
